Do you want a full breakfast in 3 minutes?
So I was browsing the interwebs and I found this great breakfast tip from the blog of Tim Ferriss author of the holy Four Hour Work Week… He makes breakfast in 3 minutes and the best part is that its low carb and high in protien (according to him anyway)… Oh and did I mention that it requires almost NO CLEANUP?!?! Cheers to being healthy AND lazy! Friggin’ Awesome!
Haven’t tried this yet but if you did, how does it taste? I’ll be doing this sometime this week (if I get up early that is) and will keep you posted…
